David is a results-driven leader recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams and grow consumer brands in the Canadian market. He enjoys working with his team seeking new growth opportunities and solutions to business challenges. Through his marketing and sales career at Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, and Pharmascience he has worked on many brands Canadians trust in their daily lives and has experience working with most Canadian retailers. David loves spending time with his family, hiking and playing hockey.

Stéphane is the Senior Marketing Director, responsible for the commercialization of the company’s product line. Stéphane is a strategic executive recognized for his leadership and his ability to build creative and profitable business. He has in-depth knowledge and areas of expertise that include brand management, consumer sales, and marketing as well as start-up operations. With more than 20 years of consumer healthcare experience, he has worked in large companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Schering-Plough and Sanofi.

Jessica is the Director of Business Development and Strategy, responsible for identifying, assessing and developing new growth opportunities within our current business as well as through in-licensing and acquisition. Jessica is a well-rounded leader with 15+ years of experience benefiting from a successful commercial background and an in-depth knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry. She is known for her keen eye for business, forward thinking and ability to quickly mobilize teams to achieve goals. She previously held various commercial and strategic roles, notably with Pharmascience, Paladin Labs and as an independent consultant leading multiple brands, new launches, product evaluations and planning across various categories and channels.

Paula Gaudet is the Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy and Operations, who is responsible for leading the execution of key strategic initiatives and delivering operational efficiencies for Norwell. Paula has over 20 years of experience in sales, sales strategy, operations and revenue management in the consumer health care and consumer packaged goods industry. She has a passion for synthesizing category, consumer, and customer insights into actionable strategies to deliver profitable growth. She has a strong track record of success across many categories and tier-one brands, while working at companies including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Senior Retail Director & Corporate Account Manager

Marc-Andre is the Senior Retail Director & Corporate Account Manager at Norwell. His role is to integrate sales and marketing business strategies in order to see them executed at retail, mainly in pharmacies. With several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including Pharmascience, Pendopharm and Johnson & Johnson (MCH), he has participated in the launch of numerous over-the-counter drug products on the Canadian market thanks to his expertise in the distribution and implementation of market. Marc-Andre enjoys practicing his favorite sports such as hockey, downhill skiing, hiking and golf. He is also a travel enthusiast.
