Dequadin® Medicated Throat Lozenges contains dequalinium chloride, an antibacterial and antifungal medicine. It can help relieve sore throats and infections, such as a common strep infection or thrush caused by frequent use of an inhaler.

Active ingredients: Dequalinium Chloride.

For Cherry Flavour: DL-Camphor, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Dextrose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cherry Flavour, Peppermint Flavour, Red 40 Lake.

For Orange Flavour: DL-Camphor, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Dextrose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Lemon Flavour, Peppermint Flavour, Yellow 6.

Indications/Description:
  • Antibacterial and antifungal relief of sore throat.
  • Antiseptic properties.
Directions for use:
  • For adults and children 6 years and older: Dissolve one lozenge in the mouth slowly. Repeat every two hours as needed.
Warnings/Precautions:
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If sore throat is severe, or persists for more than 2 days, consult a physician.
Storage:

Blister sealed for your protection. Leave in a cool, dry place and out of reach from children.

DEQUADIN® ORAL PAINT

Dequadin® Oral Paint is an antibacterial and antifungal paint application for temporary relief of minor mouth infections. Containing real medicine, it is able to kill bacteria and offer a fast-acting solution.

Ingredients:

Active ingredient: Dequalinium chloride 0.5%.

Inactive ingredients: Benzyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Alcohol, Natural Geranium Essential Oil, Natural Rose Damascena Flower Oil, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water.

Indications/Description:
  • Antibacterial and antifungal relief for dry mouth, chronic sore throats, and strep infections.
  • Treats oral thrush, and other infections of the gum, mouth, and throat.
  • Contains dequalinium chloride, a bactericide and fungicide effective against a wide range of pathogenic organisms.
  • Ideal treatment for patients who use inhalers, have irritation caused by denture wearing, or other oral appliances like braces or retainers.
  • Suitable for patients who are having oral or dental surgery.
Directions for use:
  • For adults and children 6 years of age and older: Apply with cotton swab stick to affected area of the mouth, every 2 hours as needed or directed by a physician or dentist.
  • Discard swab stick with each use to avoid contamination.
  • After each application, refrain from swallowing saliva for a few moments.
  • Note: For children, hold their mouth open for a few moments.
Warnings/Precautions:
  • For use inside of mouth/cheek.
  • Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • If irritation persists for more than 2 days, or treatment area becomes sensitive, stop use of product and consult a physician.
Storage:

Store between 15°C and 25°C. Keep tightly closed and package upright. Keep out of reach of children.
